1. Q: How could I get samples?
A: We can supply some free samples ( total value under 10 US dollars) if you have
a FedEx or DHL account or other courier freight collectable account and agree
to pay the courier freight. If the total value of samples is more than 10 US
dollars, we'd like to ask you to pay for the samples and courier freight.
We send the samples to you only after receipt of your payment.If you don't have
an courier account, you can send your courier to collect samples from our
company.Or,send us the samples charge together with the courier cost by T/T.
2. Q: How much the courier freight will be for the samples?
A: Courier freight depends on the quantity, weight and carton size and your area.
3. Q: How can I get your price list?
A: Please send us your email or fax for our price list and order information.
4. Q: Can we have our logo or company name to be printed on your products or the
package?
A: Yes you can. Logo and/or imprints can be printed on our products by silk screen
printing. The minimum quantity for silk screen printing is 2000 units per logo.
You can send us the artwork by email in JPEG or GIF format. If you want your
logo, company name to be printed on the package for the products(custom design
package), such as gift box, paper card, the minimum order is 2000 units per model.
You can send us the artwork by email in JPG,GIF,AI, EPS or CorelDraw formats.
5 Q: What's the cost of the blister packing?
A: We can provide blister or clamshell packing,which can promote featured retails.
The price for blister packing is about US$0.25 per blister packing & minimum
quantity is 2,000 sets. The price includes the designing, coloring, filming,
cutting, molding, and injection of plastic blisters.
6. Q: How to place an order?
A: Please send us your purchase order by email or fax. Or you can ask us to send
you a proforma invoice for your order. We need to know the following information
for your order:
* Shipping information - company name, street address, phone number, fax number,
destination airport or sea port, transportation method ( by courier, by air or
by ocean container)
* Product information - model numbers, quantity, unit price
* Delivery time required
* Freight payment ( by collect or prepay )
* Forwarder's contact details if there's any( in China or Hong Kong )
7. Q: Can you arrange the transportation for us?
A: Yes. We can arrange transportation by sea or by air.
8. Q: How can the products be sent to us?
A: For small quantity or weight less than 20 kgs, sent usually by courier.
For orders from 20 to 500 kgs, can be sent by air to the airport near you.
For big quantity or volume, sent usually by ocean container. Basically, the
transportation depends on client's choice. Freight depends on quantity, weight,
volume, transportation method, destination country (airport, sea port ).
9. Q: What's your usual payment term for orders?
A: We accept terms of T/T in advance or L/C at sight,and T/T preferable under
US$20,000. We don't accept payment by credit card.
10. Q: What's the warranty of your products?
A: 3-12 months, depending on the product.
